Quote Request + Stripe Invoicing

Review the products, colours, sizes and quantities you are interested in. No payment is collected when you submit this request.

YB GROUP LIMITED will verify product availability, applicable GST, discounts and delivery timing. We will then email you a final written quote. After you approve the quote, we will send an itemized Stripe invoice containing a secure payment link.

Please do not send payment card information by email.

Your final quote and invoice

Before payment, we confirm the products and SKU references, colours and sizes, quantities, unit prices, discounts, applicable GST, shipping charges and final NZD total. Standard New Zealand shipping is free. Your itemized invoice includes your quote reference, expected dispatch timing and a link to our Return & Refund Policy.

Secure payment by Stripe invoice

We do not request card numbers or security codes by email. Invoice payments must be completed only through the secure Stripe-hosted payment link contained in the official invoice email. Card information is entered on Stripe’s hosted payment page and is not collected or stored by YB GROUP LIMITED.

Submitting a quote request does not charge your card, reserve inventory or confirm payment. Processing begins only after the agreed invoice is paid.

Fulfillment and customer support

YB GROUP LIMITED is the seller responsible for fulfilling your purchase, customer support, returns and refunds. See our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
